There is a time in life when we are called to be bigger than we are. It is a fearful moment that can’t be dismissed. The call is insistent; it cannot be ignored; it dominates the waking hours and disturbs the sleep. An intrusion that beckons. Unceasing, alarmingly present in such a way that is shocking. Expressing it brings others discomfort and no solace to the chosen. A Mission from God. Now is this time.

Elected officials and representatives of the United States Government are calling for
investigations into the procedures and practices of a non profit organization, Planned
Parenthood. This “organization” is federally and privately funded through “donations” from a number of corporations. There is irrefutable proof that Planned Parenthood “lobbies” many representatives of the U.S. Government who are responsible for making laws that are supposed to represent the wants of their constituencies.“Vermont is unusual. We should be blessed to live here with a Planned Parenthood that does such extraordinary work and a legislature that will stand behind you.”- Peter Shumlin, (D) Governor of Vermont 3.

Quotes on twitter:

“Speaking as a former fetus, I don’t like the idea of groups chopping up embryonic body parts and selling them for profit.”- Dinesh D’Souza

“What really disturbs us is #PlannedParenthood hiding what they do behind “Women’s Health””- Wayne Dupree

Does the Government and Planned Parenthood break the law?

A Birmingham Alabama Planned Parenthood “clinic” was exposed in 2010 by a Live Action
student team video wherein a 14 year old’s request for an abortion was granted. Sex between an “adult” and a 14 year old is a felony in Alabama and must be reported to authorities. Evidently it wasn’t. This Birmingham clinic has done multiple abortions on underage girls as reported by the Alabama Department of Health and was placed on probation. Recently reported in the Daily Caller (8-27-15), the Alabama Health Department found the case of two unreported abortions performed on a 14 year old and multiple infection control and sanitation “problems”. 2.

As documented in video #8 released by Center for Medical Progress, there is now a
Judiciary Committee Investigation headed by Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) focused on
discovering if Planned Parenthood “altered abortion procedures to harvest intact organs and body parts for money.” 5. If found true, Planned Parenthood has committed a felony.

Between 2007/08 Planned Parenthood received over $349 million of government grants and contracts.1. The 1st measure to defund Planned Parenthood failed in the Senate. The predominant naye votes were from democrats, who were oddly enough, “lobbied” by the “non profit” & Government (Taxpayer) funded organization. 4.

Can the States defund PP?

Five states including Utah, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Hampshire & Alabama have introduced bills to defund Planned Parenthood. Eleven more are in the process of doing so.

Ohio introduced a Defund Bill where the pro life Democrat Bill Patmon said, “You hear a lot of demonstrations across the country now, about black lives matter,” Patmon added. “Well, they skipped one place. They should be in front of Planned Parenthood.” 8.

Utah’s Governor Gary Herbert stopped federal funds to the Planned Parenthood Association of Utah, stating, “The allegations against Planned Parenthood are deeply troubling,” Karrie Galloway, Executive Director for Planned Parenthood Association Utah commented on Herbert’s decision, “It doesn’t make any sense other than the fact that he’s a GOP governor,” she said, “and the GOP wants to defund Planned Parenthood.” 9. Karrie Galloway, meet Bill Patmon of Ohio.

In Kansas, Governor Sam Brownback’s legislature passed a budget that cut over $330,00 from Title X Federal funding regarding Planned Parenthood. 10.

Governor Rick Perry of Texas defunded Planned Parenthood in 2011 of approximatley $34 million via SB 7. Additional legislation in Texas includes required parental consent for minors, mandatory ultra sounds and a requirement that abortionists be approved for admitting patients to local hospitals. 11.

As reported in The Washington Times on Thursday, August 6, 2015 Alabama Governor (an M.D.) Robert Bentley has also cut funding via 15 days notice to Planned Parenthood. On twitter he stated; “The deplorable practices at Planned Parenthood have been exposed to Americans. I’ve terminated any association with the organization in Alabama.” 12.

New Hampshire Democrat Governor Maggie Hassan is unhappy about being out voted by the five person New Hampshire Council. They stopped the state’s $650,00 funding of Planned Parenthood pending an “investigation” according to the Associated Press. Her statement: “Planned Parenthood provides critical primary and preventive health care services to thousands of New Hampshire women, including cancer screenings, birth control and STD testing. Access to these services is essential to the economic security and vitality of our families, and I am incredibly disappointed in the outcome of today’s vote.” 13.

It could be North Carolina has “the solution”.

North Carolina didn’t name Planned Parenthood specifically in their budget, which will result in the loss of $200,000 according to Planned Parenthood of Central North Carolina. The bill prohibits “private providers” in contractual agreements with North Carolina’s Health and Human Services. Governor Beverly Perdue tried to veto the legislation, but the republican legislature over rode the veto. This bill redirected over $340,000 to County Health Departments; previously earmarked for “private family planning providers” such as Planned Parenthood; effective July 2012. 14.

Planned Parenthood is currently suing States that have attempted to cut off funding to their “clinics”. It is somewhat ironic that a “non profit” organization worth billions is bringing lawsuits against states whose tax payers directly support their agenda, like it or not. “In fact, in 2013 Planned Parenthood agreed to pay $4.3 million to settle a federal civil suit over claims it fraudulently billed Medicaid for women’s health services provided by some of its’ Texas clinics from 2003 to 2009. Specifically, there were claims that Planned Parenthood billed Medicaid for services that were not provided, including birth-control counseling and testing for sexually transmitted diseases.” 17.

Arkansas being sued..
The Governor of Arkansas Asa Hutchinson terminated its “agreements” with Planned Parenthood via the Arkansas Department of Human Services. This includes Planned Parenthood of Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma. As required, thirty days notice was given on the letter dated August 14, 2015. “The Wall Street Journal” first reported a warning sent from The federal Centers for Medicare and Medicare Services (CMS) about the issue, and the following was reprinted by “The Hill”. “CMS has notified states who have taken action to terminate their Medicaid provider agreements with Planned Parenthood that they may be in conflict with federal law.”- Department of Health and Human Services spokesman Ben Wakana “Longstanding Medicaid laws prohibit states from restricting individuals who have coverage through Medicaid from receiving care from a qualified provider,” he said. “By restricting which provider a woman could choose to receive care from, women could lose access to critical preventive care, such as cancer screenings.” The language in the contracts permits cancellation by either party given thirty days notice. 18.

Louisiana being sued.
Governor Bobby Jindal: “President Obama is so committed to protecting Planned Parenthood’s baby harvesting operation that he sent his lawyers from the Department of Justice all the way to Baton Rouge to sue me and try to stop us from canceling these contracts.” A statement on his campaign website reads. “President Obama won’t watch the videos but he’ll take time to file a lawsuit. Well, I’ve got news for him. We are not backing down.” 7.

The President of the United States Defends what the States Defund.
Barack Obama once addressed a group of supporters; “God Bless Planned Parenthood.” 6.

Late Breaking

Obama does an end run and awards funding to Planned Parenthood to promote Obamacare to the tune of $1 million. “A growing body of evidence suggests that Planned Parenthood broke federal law and now the Obama administration is thumbing its’ nose at Congress and taxpayers by using this backdoor maneuver to boost funding for the scandal-ridden abortion giant.”- Rep. Diane Black (R-Tenn.) 15.

In Conclusion:

There are multiple examples of government “hearings” and “investigations” ie. Benghazi, Extortion17, Fast and Furious & IRS that have done nothing except to awaken a minority of the population who now have no reason to expect justice from these proceedings. The resulting apathy and ignorance allows theses breaches of Justice to continue, aided and abetted by a non representative House and Senate. Is it legal for a non profit organization that commits felonies to receive tax payer funds from the Government while making campaign contributions to career politicians? You tell me.

One Response to Crimes of Planned Parenthood

  1. Planned Parenthood conference, 1969:

“See, I’m trying to cater to those who are trying to get to the bottom and really understand this kind of stuff of what’s happening. And you’ve got to read it. You have to read it. And you won’t like it, because it literally means poverty for the majority of the public across the world, for a hundred years, maybe forever. Because it’s not just food, you understand, and water and jobs etc. Literally, it’s the fact they don’t want you there. They want to bring down your populations, drastically. At the last big Rockefeller meeting of the Lucky Genes Club, he said, we’ve done it through abortion and different techniques. I guess different techniques is probably poisoning us all, and sterilizing us all, which has been awfully successful actually, when you watch some of the Horizon documentaries they made on it. Anyway, they also want you to start dying quickly, you see. Because, you see, they’ve got big plans for every country. They’ve got ongoing wars for another hundred years, literally. A hundred years of wars, to change society at home, as well as to grab resources for themselves, the big corporations. Because Quigley said it, you know, wars also change the participating countries in a social manner, because governments come into every part of society then, and direct how you go, in culture, etc. So you get more done in, you know, five years of war than fifty years of peace, he actually said that too, on a social changing level.”

    “The New Generation”
    Bertrand Russell, 1930
“At present safety is provided by the State, not by voluntary co-operation, so that a man can afford to be individualistic in that part of his life which he individually controls. This applies in particular to the family relations. A man’s part in the care of children is little more than financial, and his financial obligations will be enforced by the law if necessary, so that they make little demand upon his personal sense of duty. A woman, if she is vigorous and intelligent, is likely to feel that the truncated maternal duties remaining to her are inadequate as a career, the more so as most of them can be performed more scientifically by experts. This feeling would operate much more widely but for the lingering feeling on the part of men that they like their wives to be financially dependent upon them. This is, however, a kind of feeling surviving from an earlier age; it is already much weakened and likely to disappear before very long.

All these developments have diminished the reasons which led people to avoid divorce. As divorce becomes more frequent and more easy the family is still further weakened, since in effect it usually results in a child having only one parent.

For all these and other reasons set forth in Dr. Watson’s contribution, it seems inevitable, for good or evil, that the family as a unit should more and more fade away, leaving no group to interpose its authority between the individual and the State. This does not apply so much to the well-to-do, who may continue to employ special nurseries, special schools, special doctors, and all the expensive mechanisms of private enterprise; but for wage earners the cost of such individualism is prohibitive. Where their children are concerned it is inevitable that any functions no longer performed by parents must come to be undertaken by the State. As regards the immense majority, therefore, the choice lies, not between parental care and the care of experts selected by parents, but between parents and the State.”
